Offer shuttle services ($$) to downtown, friendly staff, large patio sites and no need to take off tow vehicle. Clean resort and plenty things for everyone to enjoy. Booked a return fall trip!

It’s was great , all the staff on the golf carts that would check on us while sitting outside was nice .Bill was funny. Cabins were great only issue was the floor in the living room and shower had soft spots. We definitely will come back to visit . Perfect shuttles to downtown.

We recently sold our RV and stayed in a "luxury" cabin because we like the park. We were disappointed and will not rent a cabin in the future. Coffee maker was provided but no cups. Bathroom door would not latch or stay closed. Shower valve needs work. No hot water to sink. BBQ grill was provided but no utensils for its use. Had we known all of this, we would have stayed in a hotel instead of KOA

The shuttle service to the Downtown area was great. The facilities at the KOA were well maintained and clean.

On our arrival, Friday evening, the restrooms had been recently cleaned as they were again on Saturday. The restrooms went untouched Sun. and Mon. Grass needed mowing upon arrival, we credited that with rain the previous days, but after it was mowed the clipping were not blown off the concrete around the bath house, I swept that off myself so we didn't track grass clippings into the camper.

Air conditioners were visibly dirty. a light blocking decal on the window was peeling, allowing light from a street lamp to enter the bedroom, impacting sleep quality.

It was an amazing experience.! From the staff to the amenities. Bill was a great asset for us on all of the local things to do! The campground was very clean and so much to do! We hope to be back again!

I’m not a complainer. When I booked our stay I specifically asked for a premium site on concrete with patio and a dog pen if possible. They assured me that is what I was given. I offered to pay a lock fee if needed. When we arrived we were taken to a gravel, muddy site. When I did laundry both washer and dryers didn’t function so I’m out $25 bucks in quarters. The campgrounds are fantastic !! And so are the staff. Great location, minutes away from some of the popular Nashville attractions. Staff were very friendly and ready to help however they can. Tim and lovely lady at front desk provided support with our future booking at another location. Taking the time to help as much as they could. Love the pool and sites with fenced in dog area. Would go back !

The S section could use some grass or limit the size of the RV allowed so vehicles do not park in grass or offer parking for vehicles elsewhere. Otherwise our stay was great. Thank you

We've stayed with you many times, we were in a cabin with one bath, bunks and a full/queen bed....nice enough, but hot water ran out, cold shower on Sat and would not be fixed until between 8 and 9 on Sunday, which was too late for us to shower as we had to be on the road early...disappointing that I paid for a cabin w/ water/bath and couldn't use it. more hooks and lower mirror would b nice, too

The campground was overall nice. Unfortunately, our site was rather small and we had a larger rigg in front of us that made it feel even smaller. The bathroom doors were hard to open and close. The kids enjoyed the activities. Overall, we would return, but knowing the campsite now I would pick a specific site.

Only disappointment was that we could not let our awning out all the way and it did rain so we needed the cover since we were cooking and eating outside The tree limb was in the way and stopped us from letting out our awning. I suggest you might go around campsites and check those limbs out in consideration of campers with awnings please.

We really loved it there..we did have a problem with our golf cart we rented We rented a golf cart for $98 dollars..the problem with that is we were told it was charged..30 mins after we rented it..it wasn't completely dead..me and my granddaughter didn't know what to do..we had to charge it at the Rv lodging next door to KOA..I wasn't real happy ..we lost three hours of it.

Stayed in the deluxe cabins and loved the experience. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Cabins were well equipped. Only suggestion would be a luggage drop area for guest that fly in and use the cabins for pre and post stay.
