Facility is nice, but the 2-day required stay will very likely push us to other RV sites in the future.

My kids love the water park. That’s what keeps us coming back. The staff is helpful and friendly. I really, really do not like the bathrooms. Both times we stayed here they were really dirty. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but they’ve been really bad two years in a row. New updated bathrooms are badly needed.

Although the camp staff were lovely, the site itself leaves much to be desired. We arrived to a selective power outage, yet were placed in a site with no power, necessitating transfer AFTER we had fully (E/W/S/Starlink). Bathrooms were small, odorous, with paper and trash everywhere. 2 dumpsters overflowing. We did receive a refund for the power outage, but I would not plant to stay here again.

Our campsite was next to the showers and every morning the same truck with 2 drug addicts where there. The female even left behind a bag of drugs. Security was lacking if they were able to come and go as they pleased. This was are first time staying at a KoA and it didn't leave a good impression. Bathrooms and showers were a mess each day for the 5 days we stayed. Has some good employees...some.

Great campground. Our cabin a/c unit was not the best and the cabin smelt musty. Overall we love KOA and will come back

This place makes you feel like family! Between Debbie in the Rec Hall, that let my girls pick the movie for movie night, to Doogey the golf cart guy that switched out our golfcart immediately when it needed to be charged. Theres activities and fun things to do all day and night too! l will come back often as Im lucky enough to be right around the corner from them! THANKS KOA!

Rv spots were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, good things for the kids to do. My complaints are that the bathrooms (both mens and ladies) were dirty and unlocked. Not everything was working on the splash pad and young kids were not being supervised by adults and they took over the hot tub, jumping in, climbing up the green waterside, generally were not ways very well behaved.

Campground has everything you need, pretty busy and 3/4 full. Yes, would recommend to others. Where I would suggest improvements would be KOA policies. We had to push our stay one day back due to two tire blow outs on our towed vehicle. We contacted & showed the park our now trailer towed vehicle with blown tires. KOA still charged us for the night we couldn't make it.

So overall it was nice experience. The campground has lots of activities and such to do. The pool is freezing just a heads up. And the blinds in the bedroom I stayed in were not long enough to cover that window so that sucked . The cabin was in decent shape but we were also missing blankets and feel like the could give a little more of cleaning to it. But the kids enjoyed the experience.

Facilities were not very hygienic, it smelled badly in the restrooms. This really is a camping for children, if you don’t bring them yourself it might be too busy and crowded here for you. Staff was very friendly tho!

Horrible Everything either needing repaired water park pool no heater cable TV wifi going out Golf cart rented 3 days battery went out still got charged Ray from corporate and wife where there and didn't care. Stayed in cabin Was miserable

Shower curtains on windows, fireplace element burned out, blinds broken, no bedding pillows or blankets on filthy sleeper sofa, no soap anywhere, no shampoos etc, broken wooden corner shelf (exposed wood screws), water park down, inflatable jumping area down, all for $130 a night, requested price adjustment at checkout NOTHING!

It was the begining of Memorial weekend and we needed only one night to sleep and rest.When I went to check in for a site one of the staff members said they were all full. Then your employee Jade said "let me see what I can do". Jade found me a site for the night and saved the day. She was so kind and helpfull. We really appreciate her going above and beyond her duties. Thank you very much!

No internet, no one available to help with that issue. Bathrooms were marginal, a lot of highway noise 24/7, sites very close together, staff on golf carts were friendly.

Your staff are extremely dedicated to making our stay great. The site was incredible. We were there during some road updates and even that was not an issue. The only area I have an issue in is the charging higher rates for things like fire wood. We stay at a lot of KOA's and never had to pay that much on site. The Progressive cards was another issue. You are the only KOA that is charging.

this was by far the best KOA campground I have ever stayed in and I have been staying in KOA campgrounds for years. I have never stayed in this one and this one is the most elaborate most beautiful has way more amenities than any other KOA I’ve ever stayed at.

We loved everything about it! We were a little bummed that the water park wasn't open, but by the end of our stay yall had it up & running!! Mark (worker) made sure my little girl knew it was open bc she would ask him daily!! Shawna (another worker) was the sweetest! Always made us feel welcome!! Surely y'alls campsite made us feel welcome & at home!! Until next time! The Followills

This campsite is very family orientated with lots of activities for kids and adults. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.; would definitely visit again

The bathrooms were in terrible condition and the water line breaking meant the pool was too cold to swim in and the splash pad was out of commission. Repairs were on-going and hopefully the campground amenities will be fixed soon.

One of the worst parks we’ve stayed in! WiFi almost worthless parks has weeds everywhere they call it grass! Stayed twice and cafe not open all children’s things not working! Then they have the nerve to charge $100.00 per night! Very disappointed with KOA’s not being consistent! Will don’t stay again!

Too expensive. We don’t use the campground amenities. Water park, etc. please consider having the campers who use those facilities pay extra and wear wristbands. WE DONT APPRECIATE SEEING POLITICAL FLAGS IN CAMPGROUNDS.

Unfortunately there were issues with the pool and splash park so the grandchildren could not use them. The heater in the pool was broken so water too cold. Staff offered 10% refund for the disappointment but it seems you had to ask for it.,We had two sites and were refunded for one site. I have left three messages for manager to ask about other site, but he has not returned call.

Not very friendly, Robin asked us to move site picked and charged for propane but never requested for it. Hopefully my credit card has been credited for these charges.

Enjoyed the facility and activities. What I didn’t like was an employee continually driving his truck around camp with trump flags flying. Is KOA backing this candidate?

It was a great time and a great place for kids to play and have fun. The only downside was some of the pool/water features did not work during our stay.

I was very disappointed with this KOA. The bathrooms were dirty with no paper. The pool play area was closed so they put a slip and slide behind the cabins and just let the water run all day creating a muddy mess. Some of the staff/ people who live there drove around with Trump flags all over their vehicles. They need to invest more into the site for maintenance and good employees.

The people working there are great but this place has went down hill a lot, we have been coming to this KOA for years on Memorial weekend and the last two have been horrible, you have a splash park that does not work anymore and had two years to fix it and still not working, along with that you put water in the pool a couple days before and it was freezing. Activities fell short, like donuts.

While I had no children to join in the fun, the ongoing parade in the big wagon appeared to be loved by many children. Also entertaining for adults. Too bad there are not better views of the big river running along back of the park.

We were highly disappointed that the splash pad had a leak over Memorial Day weekend. We feel like that's something that should have been tested before the long holiday weekend to have it fixed for the weekend.

We love this place. We come 4 to 5 times a year. Cabin was clean, bathrooms not so much. Even after bathroom was closed for cleaning the trash was over flowing and there were stalls with no toilet paper. Staff was very friendly! The fun center was very nice and the staff on there were great! We will be back in July!

Drove all the way from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs to find out that everything was broken down the splash pad. The pool was freezing the heater was broken. Spent all this money to go out to a place where we couldn't even swim or do anything then the hot tub was emptied out, this is probably the worst vacation I've had in a long .

I have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds over the past several years I have never stayed at one that was as nice as this one. They have an incredible pool, lots of activities for children! and last but not least they have an incredible camper kitchen that is an outdoor kitchen that has stove tops sink with running water and three gas grills! This is the only campground that I have stayed in that had color tv and a refrigerator in the camper cabin which is what I stayed in. This is the nicest KOA Campground I have ever stayed at!!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
