Facilities were wonderful - clean and set up well. Loved the paw pens too! BUT … the office hours were the WORSE! 10 to 5, really!!

Very nice and quiet campground. Night time there is no obnoxious lights so one can enjoy looking up to see stars. The staff is super friendly with plenty of surrounding info to get you in the right direction and very clean.

It was a little ways from the Arches National Park. The pool was so cold could not use it. But very clean and nice hostess.

Campground was in the right location for our travels, but was in an odd state. Most of the trees were dead, surrounding land (you can see, but not the campground) was pretty dilapidated. Campground was pretty much dirt. Chairs and firepit was a nice addition. Fine for a night stay but NOT a distination.

Moab KOA was full 6 months in advance, so I chose Green River. Nice facility. New, clean, private bathrooms. I-70’s 80 mph speed limit cuts the commute time to Arches; Canyonlands; & Moab. Sego Canyon petroglyphs are a must see.

Super clean camp ground. The sites are flat. The hook ups are like new. Even the laundry machines are like new. Lots of great stuff in the area to do, like Goblin Valley.

There was nothing very positive about my experience. The hours for the office, 10-5...not conducive to assist the guests NO WI-FI signal in lot 16, no recourse for help! Paid for 2 nights, had to leave the next day and went to Shady Acres. Sent a text upon leaving that I had to go and why, no reply. Sent another text, no one got back to me. They don't care. Working remote, wi-fi is a MUST!!

Probably the worst RV/campsite set up ever. We had a large nice site and next to us tents. Granted to was Memorial Day weekend, the tent group next to up was up until 1 AM. Site was not flat and overall the KOA needs some clean up and maintenance.

The bright lights from the Motel 6 next door were unbearable at night. We had a tent site next to our cabin and they were allowed to put up 3 tents. Talked to the office, but nothing was done about it. Lots of dead trees that need to be removed and replanted. The gift shop was nice, the pool was nice, and the cabins were in good condition. Hopefully, the owners can continue to make improvements.

We stopped in to Green River KOA for an overnight stay while on a road trip to another destination. The late check-in process was very convenient. Our spot was nice and level and located near the restrooms and pet area. The restrooms are in excellent condition. We look forward to staying at the Green River KOA again in the future.

People there are very friendly and helpful! There were no problems with any of the facilities or utilities. The only reason I'm not giving a 10/5 is that the thorn-weeds would not allow us to use the dog run area. The dogs would get stickers in their paws. It is a desert area, so it is probably very hard to keep those down, but it is an area that can be improved.

Sorry but this campground is just plain sad. The surrounding landscape looks like a tornado sheared off the trees. The new bathrooms had some serious design flaws causing water to sit on the entire floor surface. Proximity to the Powell Museum was the only positive. The rest of Green River is as run down as it gets.

Our 2-night stay was good. The KOA was convenient for us while we visited the national parks. There are several things to do in this area and the KOA was a good place to stay.

Thank you for your wonderful customer service! We had planned to stay here on our way from CA to CO, but our vehicle needed sudden repairs in NV and we weren't able to make the reservations we had made here. This KOA was very kind and flexible changing days 3 separate times to accommodate us. The campground is wonderful. Nice long pull through sites with plenty of space around you. Everyone we met there was extremely kind! We are thankful for your kindness and understanding with our situation, and again for your excellent customer service!!

Stayed here motorbike camping in mid May. Heidi and John were amazing hosts for us a couple of motorcycle campers. Have nothing but praise for them helping us out with another camper that was inadvertently in our campsite. The campsite itself was clean and well kept up. There was construction of new sites during the day which did not affect us. New shower washrooms were immaculate. The only flaw that I found was that there is a Motel 6 next door that lit up their floodlights in the parking lot overnight for safety reasons. Unfortunately this creates a lot of light pollution that comes over to the KOA property. 45 minutes from Moab.
