Super nice people working the office. Made us feel quite welcome. We had no problem navigating to, or setting up our 42ft. 5th wheel. We had site 71 and even though surrounded by trees, our front roof mounted Dish antenna had no problem finding three satellites Sites are level and utillites well maintained. Lovely spot with many nice lots in the trees and by the beautiful lake. Facilities work well, but a little tired, need updating. Sewer hookups should be repaired so they are at ground level.

Very limited 50 amp full hookup pull thru sites, very tight turns Making it difficult to move a large rig thru the park. I have a 39 ft motorhome with tow.

Beautiful stay on the water. It's our go-to place in the area and has been for years. The lots are gravelly so it could be a bit muddy during rain. However, the scenery is spectacular, there is a nice walk around the lake, and more to do for the kids each year. Friendly staff and a clean park. We love it here!

Stayed at this location for 5 days. We will be back! Site was perfect for larger trailers, enough for the kids to play on, great staff that assisted with all the weekend kid activities. Staff in office was very welcoming. No issues with this campground at all!

I LIKE staying at DETROIT/ANN ARBOR KOA because THEY are very Friendly and Helpful Staff. They have clean restrooms and showers with nice Hot water. They are easy to get to interstate 94. Very Clean campground and quiet. They have lots of actives. Great store with lots of Ice cream favors. Loren Goodale from Grayling Mich.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely campground full of mature trees and even a walking path around the lake. The campground was quiet, and amenities, while older, were clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’d stay again if in this area.

We stayed Wednesday through Monday Morning. The park is well laid out and has lots to do for those interested. The public bathrooms could use some attention but were usable. There was a bit of confusion regarding payments for the two sites we had reserved but it got worked out. This campground was not up to our standard. The property is run down—shower facilities are subpar, roads are bumpy with standing water, everything needs a fresh coat of paint, and the Wi-Fi was horrible. The clientele seemed to include homeless and seasonal campsites are unkept and very old. Way overpriced for the sights & accommodations. The new management team is working hard to make chang

Rain and colder weather dampened the Very sad weekend ,so projects picked up when the sun came out. The crew came thru no matter what kind of weather they had.. Movie nite cancelled? boo hoo.. Will make sure to check weather map next trip, before I come.

We camp here a few times a year. New management seems great. Staff was nice and helpful. Easy Check in. Grounds are taken care of. Still in the process of making improvements which is great. It did not interfere with our stay. This campground has pretty nice sites. The water sites are our favorite. A lot of activities planned on theme weekends.

The staff was very friendly, the site was something that no one would be happy with for the price. There was no grass, no fire pit. As a pull through site,there was no way to drive out to a narrow drive.

Campground was okay. I think their is new owners. Some things looked like they started working on it . The only thing I would suggest is fix the roads from the end of pavement (lots of potholes. ) even though the roads to the left of office.

The staff members of this campground are amazing!! They make you feel welcome and care about what you have to say and strive to make you happy. The grounds are beautiful and it’s very peaceful. Sean is 100% committed to doing everything he can to make his guests happy and is always seen busy making improvements and making people feel welcome and seeing to it they are happy!!

Took my boys here for the weekend and overall we had a great time! Kids loved all the different activities and the camp staff was great! The playset was small and very outdated and the bounce house was down for our entire stay, so that was a bit of a let down for the kids. Camp site we had was very small and all dirt, no grass or gravel. We’ll be back but I’ll have to find a better site next t

Beautiful campground, clean restrooms, and lots of things for kids tondo from what we could see. Only down side of our trip there was the crazy cost for a campsite and there was 2 staff members that weren't exactly rude but not friendly. We had a really nice time regardless!

The lake and trail around it is the only saving grace for this place. The price was extremely high which isn’t abnormal for a KOA but this place did not operate like a normal KOA. They laid some “gravel” during our stay to try and fill the pot holes but the gravel was just broken concrete chuck full of screws and nails, we got 2 flats within one week. Wouldn’t recommend.

Quite expensive when our exchange factored in KOA's should consider rates for off season as we were not able to use any of the facilities. On the plus side the sites were easy to get into and it is close to the border.

We stayed there to be closer to Detroit for the Draft. Worked out perfectly. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

My only complaint is the dirt. Most campgrounds have rock roads and pads, this campground makes everything so dirty - not that the campground is dirty it is just dusty or muddy.

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with our stay! Bathrooms are always clean and so are the showers. Always enjoy staying here and will be staying again in the future!

Stayed two nights. lovely campground. The staff was preparing grounds post winter. They are super friendly and helpful. WiFi problem and needed to upload important documents right away. Sean came over and asked if he could help (he was mowing). Graciously set me up with his hotspot! If you love to camp and aren’t into pristine rv parks you will love this place! We stayed 4 nights in our 42 ft. 5W to unload our camper when we got home. This is our 2nd stay and we would return. The park is large with sites both under the tress and out in the open. The sites are level. We did stay after a rainstorm and the road and sites had large puddles. The camp ground road needs to be graded. The staff was helpful. It is very dark & quiet at night

Had a great time, lots of stuff for kids to do. Dog park could be bigger. The trail around the lake needs to be trimmed back, and I liked it better when no golf carts were allowed.

The campground was beautiful! The staff and prompt responses to any needs, were dealt with accordingly. Everything was fabulous and we can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Had an amazing stay for the holiday weekend! So many family friendly activities for all to enjoy! Only complaint had was that the roads kicked up ALOT of dirt as people would drive thru the park and being on a corner lot it was quite excessive! Other than that 10 outta 10 experience! Thanks again and we'll see you for the 4th of July!
