wonderful stay at Alamogordo KOA. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable time. plenty fo places to explore in the area from White Sands National Park to the wonderful town of Cloudcroft. I highly recommend this KOA

While the camp hosts are nice and so is the staff, the facilities are in need of repair and updates. There is broken concrete throughout the campground and and the sites are small and make it difficult for an RV with slides to fit in the spaces. Would like to see more go back into improving the campground.

Very clean and accommodating. Had a sight without sewer and had to use dump station. Easy to access and well maintained. Water hose available with good water pressure to flush tank. Would visit again

The campgrounds were well maintained. It is out in the desert area, so not much in the way of shade, but the cactus were lovely. The RV site that we had was narrow, not much sitting area out side of the RV. The cement picnic table was good to sit at while eating, but took up most of the sitting area. The laundry room was clean and comfortable. The showers were nice and clean.

The place is well kept and have all the amenities I needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area in the future.

No water pressure on hot water in showers. When notifying staff of issue, just got excuse that husband was looking at it.

Our stay was awesome! We got there early and they let us check in and set up with no problems so we could go tour the area. I had called to check to make sure it was ok and they were also very nice on the phone. I had to leave a message and they called me right back. They also have saucers that you can borrow to go sliding down the white sands. All the staff was very kind and helpful!

The showers had zero water pressure, one shower was closed and two of the other three showerheads were broken. One of the three sinks was clogged up and closed for two days. The pool was an absolute ice bath which I’m not sure how in NM in late May when it has been in the 80s and 90s daily for weeks if not months. Only two toilets in a large campground is ridiculous. Definitely not KOA worthy.

Very clean, Very helpful staff. Nice Laundry facility and the Pool looked very nice although we didnt use it. Nice location close to White Sands and Cloudcroft will stay again

Staff is friendly and campground is clean. Pool little chilly still. Nice campground. This was just an overnight stay but have stayed here to explore White Sands before.

Sandy was so so helpful and pleasant! Park is easy to get to. A block off the main thoroughfare so the traffic is pretty quiet. Not dusty, clean, nice assortment of site types and They have a great little shop too. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

LOVED my stay. The campground and facilities were amazing! The bathroom was very clean and check-in after hours was easy and convenient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to friends.

Wonderful stay. Easy entrance area for big rigs. Staff is very nice! Dog park is very dusty,tube artificial turf would be a better solution.

We had truck problems and needed a place to stay. KOA was very accommodating and the staff was super friendly and helpful to not only us but to our friends who were traveling with us although they did not stay. I would definitely recommend this KOA ��. Thanks so much to all the staff!

The staff at KOA Alamogordo/White Sands are on top of it. Happy and proud to work there. It has been awhile since I have stayed here but major work to keep the top notch. Great place to stay. Sandy, Renee, and Ron(?) are great. Thank you for a great time.

Beautiful location, trees for shade and very clean. Central to white sands np and pistachioland. Nice pool for kiddos.

This a nice snaller KOA that is big rig friendly...if visiting White Sands NP, I would recommend staying here. Our site had lots of amenities, and the campground is quiet. They loan out sleds for free if visiting Whits Sands NP. Staff was extremely friendly, and you are near pretty much everything in Alamogordo.
